Which couriers can I connect to Shopify with Shipdock?

More than 20 European couriers are live today in 59 country and service variants, including Packeta, PPL, DPD, GLS, Balíkovna, Foxpost, Omniva and PostNord, and more are already built and waiting to be switched on. You can also run several connections of the same courier, for example DPD CZ and DPD SK, each with its own credentials.

Can shipping labels be created automatically?

Yes. On the Full plans, label creation can fire when an order is created or when it is fulfilled, separately for pickup point and home delivery orders. The tracking number is written back to Shopify.

Do I need my own courier contracts?

Yes. Shipdock connects to each courier with your own API credentials, so you ship on your own contracts and keep your negotiated prices. Shipdock charges for the app only.
