Foxpost Label Printing
Create and print Foxpost labels straight from Shopify, one at a time or for up to 50 orders in a batch. Labels are PDF files in A6 format, or four A6 labels on one A4 sheet. Labels can also be created automatically when an order is created or fulfilled.
Foxpost Pickup Widget
Customers choose a Foxpost pickup point in checkout on Shopify Plus, and on the Thank-you and Order-status page on other Shopify plans. They search by address, city or postcode. The list works on its own; the map runs on Google Maps and needs your own Google Maps API key. The selected point is saved to the Shopify order.
Foxpost API Connection
Shipdock connects to your own Foxpost account through the carrier's API. Once the order is fulfilled, the tracking number, carrier name and tracking link are written to the Shopify fulfillment and Shopify emails them to the customer. The cash on delivery amount is taken from the Shopify order and passed to the carrier.

Service Types and Technology
Foxpost offers two main types of pickup points:
- A-BOX lockers - fully automated parcel lockers with touchscreen interfaces that enable parcel collection without waiting. Customers receive an SMS or email with a unique code to enter at the machine.
- Partner points - pickup points in shops, gas stations, and other staffed locations, ideal for customers who prefer personal interaction.
The Foxpost mobile app allows customers to track parcels in real-time, find the nearest locker, manage deliveries, and even extend storage time. The app is available for iOS and Android with over 500,000 downloads.
