ShipD basically replaces all the logic that carriers ask you to code into the theme of your shop. It is as simple as 1) enter your Customer ID, 2) enter your API credentials 3) enter your Customer ID. The rest is a matter of configuring your shipping profile. I had one error during configuration, but ShipD support solved it in a breeze. Recommended and worth the money!
This app helped us print shipping labels for various carriers and includes a great widget for selecting pick-up points. Having everything in one place for a very fair fee is amazing. I definitely recommend it! The customer support is excellent. They are quick and always willing to help with whatever you need. In my opinion, it's the best app for shipping across Europe when it comes to the price-performance ratio.
The biggest strengths of the app are: 1. that it really works, 2. that for a very reasonable price it works for just about all Czech carriers - so you don't have to pay for each one separately. And as a bonus - when I had a problem, the developer of this app replied immediately and helped me solve it. So the support is unrivalled. I definitely recommend it.

Fast response from support, even over the weekend. They answered all my questions and helped me set up the whole system. The program itself is simple, but most importantly, it works with the main local delivery services. I hope the software will develop into a B2B solution.
We use the app to connect Zásilkovna and PPL. When we were adding DHL and a problem came up, they tailored the code within a single day and it was solved. Accommodating and fast support, we recommend it :)
We’re an e-commerce brand based in Czechia and use ShipD to set up pickup points and home delivery across Europe. Logistics like this can get pretty complicated, especially when you’re doing it for the first time with a small team and limited resources, trying to figure out all the different setup options. So naturally we hit a small issue during setup, but it got sorted out really quickly and without any hassle. Knowing their team and support is always there when needed just makes everything a lot easier, especially when you’re dealing with so many moving parts of logistics. Would definitely recommend!
We were looking for an app that would simplify and automate the creation of shipping manifests, and this one is the ideal solution for us. Super! The app works without problems. We especially appreciate the ability to connect multiple carriers. I must also highlight the great level of support - I had several questions at the beginning and everything was answered and explained almost immediately. We are currently implementing another store on Shopify and will definitely use this app there too. Recommended.
Amazing customer service! Easy and well working app. I can only recommend. I installed on Saturday by Sunday the first orders arrived and on Monday we were able to ship without any issues.

When we were installing the app, a new Shopify update happened to appear, which caused the carrier map via the Google API to stop working. We didn't know whether the fault was on our side or elsewhere. Honza from ShipD responded very quickly, even over the weekend. That very same day he deployed a fix that adapted to the changes in Shopify. Great service! :)
Review title: Excellent support and fast response from the development team I’m very satisfied with Shipdock. The app itself works well, but what really stands out is the developer support. The developer responded very quickly, communicated clearly, and stayed involved until the issue was fully resolved. Even with a complex setup involving shipping labels and Google Maps integration, they patiently checked everything and helped identify the exact cause of the problem. You can really tell they care about their users and take responsibility for solving issues properly. Highly recommended — 5 stars without hesitation.
Complete satisfaction. We are still a small e-shop, so we don't use much automation, but everything else works exactly as it should. Support responds almost immediately during normal business hours and everything could always be resolved without problems. Recommended.
