GLS ParcelShop accepts parcels up to 40 kg. ParcelBoxes and AlzaBoxes have lower limits: 20 kg and 15 kg respectively.

Shipdock connects GLS through myGLS in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia and Serbia, and through ShipIT in Germany, Poland, Denmark, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. Labels, cash on delivery and a sandbox mode work in both. Cancelling a shipment from the app and automatic marking of COD orders as paid are available only in myGLS countries.

When the order is fulfilled, Shipdock writes the tracking number, the carrier name and the tracking link to the Shopify fulfillment, and Shopify sends the shipping email to the customer. Shipdock does not show parcel statuses, does not sync them to Shopify and sends no tracking notifications of its own.
