Hermes label printing
Create Hermes labels through the carrier's API straight from your Shopify orders, one by one or in bulk for up to 50 orders. Labels are PDF files in A6 format or four A6 labels on one A4 sheet, and they can also be created automatically when an order is created or fulfilled. The integration is in beta, so check your first labels carefully. The COD amount and currency come from the Shopify order and are passed to Hermes with the shipment. Extra services include age verification (16+ or 18+), email or SMS alerts for the recipient, and restrictions on neighbour delivery and redirection.
Hermes pickup point widget
Customers pick from the nearest Hermes pickup points in checkout on Shopify Plus, and on the Thank-you and Order-status page on other Shopify plans. Pickup points can be searched by address, city or postcode. The map view needs your own Google Maps API key; the list and search work without it. Pickup points available in Shipdock: Germany.
Hermes API connection
Connect your own Hermes account to Shipdock. Once an order is fulfilled, the tracking number and tracking link are saved to the Shopify order and Shopify sends the shipping email to the customer. Shipdock does not display parcel statuses or send its own tracking notifications. Shipments are cancelled in the carrier's portal, not from the app.

Pickup Point Network
Hermes operates the largest private pickup point network in Germany with more than 16,000 PaketShops and another 1,400+ in Austria. PaketShops are located in stores, gas stations, and kiosks with extended opening hours including weekends.
E-commerce Services
Hermes is a pioneer in flexible delivery options. Through the Hermes App, customers can track shipments in real-time, change delivery preferences, and redirect parcels to PaketShops.
Shipdock Integration
The Shipdock integration with Hermes is currently in beta. You connect your own Hermes account, create PDF labels straight from Shopify orders and let customers choose a pickup point.
