Customer can change delivery location or time via myPPL app. Redirection to ParcelBox or ParcelShop is free.

When the order is fulfilled, Shipdock writes the tracking number, the carrier name and the tracking link to the Shopify fulfillment, and Shopify sends the shipping email to the customer. Shipdock does not show parcel statuses, does not sync them to Shopify and sends no tracking notifications of its own. PPL issues tracking numbers with a delay, so Shipdock fetches them in the background.

The COD amount and currency are taken from the Shopify order and sent to PPL with the shipment. On the Full plan, Shipdock can check the delivery of COD parcels and mark the Shopify order as paid automatically.
