Yes. Lite and Full come with a 5-day free trial, Full Shopify Plus with 10 days, with everything in the plan unlocked. A trial is not granted a second time when you switch plans.
Lite covers the customer-facing side: the pickup point widget, pickup point selection after checkout, the COD availability rule and CSV export that you import into the courier portal. Full adds the courier APIs: creating and printing shipping labels, automatic label creation, customs declarations, automatic COD mark-as-paid and a custom email sending domain.
When your store runs on Shopify Plus. Shopify Plus stores are offered the Plus plan only, and it is the plan that puts pickup point selection inside checkout, before payment. On other Shopify plans customers choose the point on the Thank-you and Order-status page.
Yes. You upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page in the app, through Shopify billing. Cancelling moves the store to the Free plan; uninstalling the app removes the carrier service and cancels the subscription.
Yes, by roughly 10%: $107.88 a year for Lite, $161.89 for Full and $269.89 for Full Shopify Plus. Discount codes can be redeemed for monthly plans.
No. Shipdock charges for app access only. You ship on your own courier contracts and pay each courier directly, at the rates you negotiated.
No. Every plan includes all available couriers and an unlimited number of shipments, and you can connect several accounts of the same courier, for example DPD CZ and DPD SK.
