Orlen Paczka Label Printing
Create Orlen Paczka shipments for up to 50 Shopify orders at once and print the labels as PDF, in A6 format or as four A6 labels on one A4 sheet. Labels can also be created automatically when an order is created or fulfilled. The integration is in beta, so double-check the labels and shipping details of your first shipments.
Orlen Paczka Locker Map
Customers choose a Orlen Paczka pickup point from a list with search by address, city or postcode, and the selected point is saved to the Shopify order. Selection directly in checkout requires Shopify Plus; on other Shopify plans customers choose on the Thank-you and Order-status page. The map runs on Google Maps and needs your own Google Maps key; the list and search work without it.
Orlen Paczka API Connection
Shipdock connects to Orlen Paczka through the API with your own account credentials, so you ship on your own contract and rates. Once the order is fulfilled, the tracking number, carrier name and tracking link are written to the Shopify fulfillment and Shopify sends the shipping email to the customer. Shipdock does not display parcel statuses and sends no tracking notifications of its own. Shipments cannot be cancelled from the app; cancel them in the carrier's portal. A sandbox mode lets you test the connection before you send real parcels.

Pickup Point Network
Orlen Paczka operates several types of pickup points: ORLEN parcel lockers located directly at gas stations, RUCH kiosks offering personal parcel pickup, and other partner points. Most lockers are accessible around the clock due to 24-hour gas station operations.
E-commerce Services
Orlen Paczka parcel lockers are equipped with modern technologies including touchscreens and QR code readers. Customers receive SMS or email with pickup codes. The system also supports a mobile app for shipment management.
Shipdock Integration
With Shipdock, merchants shipping from Poland create Orlen Paczka labels from Shopify orders and offer Orlen Paczka pickup points in Poland to their customers. Home delivery is not available, only delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points. Cash on delivery is not supported.
